Contact form

We request your name, email address and message to respond to your enquiry and follow up on your request. Do not include sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about others. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Resend delivers your message to the Storm Studios mailbox. Received messages remain in the mailbox to handle the conversation and follow-up. You can request deletion through the contact below, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

To prevent abuse, the server temporarily uses an identifier derived from the IP address and submission times. The contact form code does not log your message contents in application logs.

Progress, exercises and microphone

Completed lesson markers and various app preferences are stored in your browser. Clearing site data may remove them. The course lets you export and import completion markers; this backup does not include other apps' results.

The Memory App uses Firebase anonymous authentication and Firestore to store custom words associated with a user identifier. It does not require a named account or email address. Avoid including sensitive information in saved words. For a request about this data, mention the Memory App; we will help identify your record without asking for your password.

Singing exercises request microphone permission. Pitch analysis takes place in the browser; these exercises do not implement uploads of voice recordings to the server. You can deny or revoke permission in your browser, although singing evaluation will not work without it.

MIDI files submitted to the Virtual Teacher are sent to the server for analysis using programmed musical rules. The endpoint processes files in memory and does not implement permanent MIDI storage. It logs technical evaluation information, such as the lesson, error count and score. It does not use a generative model to assess each exercise.

External services and technical data

Vercel hosts the website and its Web Analytics tool provides navigation statistics. Cloudflare serves resources such as audio; Resend delivers messages and Firebase provides the Memory App services described above. These providers receive technical data needed to operate their services and may process it outside Mexico.

Embedded YouTube and Vimeo videos and links to external platforms are subject to those providers' policies. YouTube is embedded through its privacy-enhanced domain. Loading or playing external content may send connection data to the provider and use its storage mechanisms.

You can manage permissions and storage in browser settings. Blocking them may affect playback or saving. More information: Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend, Firebase, YouTube/Google and Vimeo.

Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access, correction, cancellation or objection to processing, withdraw consent or limit use by emailing info@stormstudios.com.mx with the subject Personal data. Include your name, a contact method, the data or service involved and your request. If identity or representation must be verified, we will indicate an appropriate method; do not send identity documents through the public form.

We will provide procedural guidance and respond within applicable legal deadlines. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing and may prevent us from continuing an enquiry that requires those details.
