Storm Sequencer v4.0
The renewed sequencer: continuous or page view, Piano Roll, selecting and copying notes.
Storm Sequencer has a new version. The videos of the introduction and Lessons 1 to 3 use version 3, which is still available; you can do your exercises in whichever you prefer. In this lesson you learn to use version 4.
What you'll learn in the video
- Open the sequencer and find your way around: transport bar, score and inspector.
- Write notes and chords with the mouse, and edit a single note inside a chord.
- Play your music, change the tempo and use the metronome.
- Write with the keyboard, which is much faster.
- Add measures and change the key signature, time signature or clef.
- Select, copy, paste and duplicate.
- Work in the Piano Roll.
- Write the chord symbol for each chord.
- Save your project as JSON and export it to MIDI.
Remember that the automatic draft only lives in your browser. To keep your exercises, save them with «Save JSON».
